Legacy PLC Conversion Services
Allen-Bradley PLC Upgrades
In one upgrade solution that GLC Controls provided, the packaging end Bail Line was controlled by a Allen Bradley PLC5/40 with local rack and distributed I/O. The PLC CPU rack was upgraded to a Control Logix while maintaining the existing I/O. This allowed faster performance, enhanced communications, and better overall maintenance tools available to the engineering and electrical staff.
Series 6 to 90-30 & 90-70 Upgrades
GLC has been involved with a number of GE Fanuc PLC System upgrades. We can supply both the hardware PLC & I/O panels as well as the program, configuration upgrade, and DCS interfacing services. Our comprehensive services and hardware, when combined with our engineering and system design, places us in an unique position to supply our customers with complete integrated system upgrades.
